All custom orders are subject to approval to ensure quality and brand alignment. All custom products are final sale due to their personalized nature. Wholesale pricing, production timelines, and shipping details are shared upon approval. We prioritize collaborations with retailers whose brand values align with ours.
One thing that's especially important with collaborations like this is creating something that is true to your brand. The fragrance would be custom formulated exclusively for you and reserved solely for your business or event, it wouldn't be offered to any other retailer.
This exclusivity is valuable because scent doesn't just complement a brand, it reinforces it. Fragrance is uniquely connected to memory and emotion, making it one of the most effective ways to create a lasting impression with your customers and keep your brand top of mind long after they visit.
The goal is to create a signature scent that becomes an extension of your business, event, or experience and something your customers immediately associate with your space.
Custom fragrance consultations are held at our brick-and-mortar location, last approximately 30 minutes, and include one tester sample. The consultation fee is $250.
This policy is made to protect the integrity of the Keepsake product line and our network of retailers. The Keepsake MAP applies to, but is not limited to, advertising in catalogs, direct mail, websites, in-store displays and all other forms of advertising media, including the internet and any other electronic medium available.
Your minimum advertised price must be equal to or greater than Keepsake Candle’s Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price on every product unless agreed to in writing by Keepsake. Any unauthorized discounting that results in a net advertised price of any Keepsake item through rebates, coupons, percentage discounts or any other manner will be considered non-compliant to the MAP policy.
In the event Keepsake receives information that a party is advertising a Keepsake Candle product below MAP, Keepsake will contact the party in non-compliance. Once Keepsake has contacted the party, the pricing must be corrected within three business days. If the advertised pricing has not been corrected in three days, Keepsake Candle will cease to supply the party and/or its distributor.
At Keepsake, quality and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make sure every order is inspected before it is shipped to you, please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. In the event your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact Keepsake within three business days and we will replace or issue store credit for any damaged goods.
The consistent temperature of the room should range between 50 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit, ideally erring on the cooler side. Exposing candles to heat can cause them to warp, melt, or become discolored. Therefore, always store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources such as windows, radiators, or heat vents. Instead, choose a cool, dry space that is well-ventilated and can keep the candles away from moisture and humidity.
At Keepsake, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Every order is carefully inspected before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our standards. We encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival and contact us promptly if you receive a damaged item.
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, Keepsake is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is available and can be added to your order at checkout. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment may need to be filed through the carrier or shipping insurance provider.
