Walk-Ins & Reservations
To ensure the best experience, we do not accept walk-ins due to limited space and production requirements.
Reservations are required, please check our calendar for available time slots. Workshops begin promptly, so please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be admitted to maintain the flow of the experience.
*please note: because the workshop involves handling hot wax and fragrance oils, participants must be 10 years or older. A guardian must sign a waiver for those under 18.

How it Works
Common Questions
- 50% refundable deposit required to reserve date and time
- Final guest count due 72 hours prior
- All waivers will need to be signed prior the the start of the event
- Outside food + beverages allowed (unless upgraded package includes service)
- For events during closed business hours, a $250 fee will apply in addition to the package price
- Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event
- One-time rescheduling permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice
- Events canceled within 7 days or no-shows will forfeit deposit
- Only approved vessels and fragrances can be poured in the candle bar
- Due to the custom nature, all items made in the candle bar are final sale - no exceptions
Elevate your event with optional upgrades:
- Premium Vessel Upgrade – $10–$15 per candle
- Second Candle Pour – $35 per guest
- Custom Event Labels (names, dates, themes) – starting at $20 per group
- Charcuterie Boards – starting at $90
- Beverage Service – pricing available upon request

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment:
- Guests should arrive up to 10 minutes prior to their reservation
- All candle pouring is guided and must follow safety instructions
- Hot wax is used during the experience; please use caution
- Decorations are welcome but must be removed at the end of your event
- No outside heating elements or open flames permitted
- Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage
- Because the workshop involves handling hot wax and fragrance oils, participants must be at least 10 years or older and accompanied by an adult. A guardian must sign a waiver for those under 18. Children under 10 are not permitted in the workshop space for safety reasons.
- Candles will be poured during your event and begin setting before departure, some sessions will require participants to come back for pick up
- Candles may still be warm when leaving; care instructions will be provided
- For best results, allow candles to cure for 72 hours before burning
- Shipping is available for $12 a candle
