Candle Refills
We believe every vessel deserves a second life. Our refill program is designed to give vintage, sentimental, and well-loved pieces new purpose while reducing waste in a more intentional way. Each candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches using our signature plant-based, clean-burning wax, wood wicks, and proprietary fragrance blends.
*please note, not every vessel brought in qualifies for a refill, vessels will be reviewed upon drop-off
Standard Refills - $2.50 per oz
Fill Friday - Held on the first Friday of every month, all refills are $1.50 per oz
To ensure the safety and integrity of every refill, all vessels must be inspected and approved prior to refilling.
Refill turn around is 1 week minimum. A member of our staff will notify you when your order is ready. Candles can be picked up in store during open hours.
Shipping may be arranged upon request and pricing varies based on weight and location.
By participating in our refill program, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:
Keepsake reserves the right to decline any vessel deemed unsafe, damaged, unsuitable for candle use, or incompatible with our refill standards. Vessels must be heat-safe and structurally sound. Hairline cracks, weakened glass or ceramic, prior heat damage, and manufacturer defects may not always be visible during inspection. Keepsake is not responsible for cracking, breakage, or damage that may occur during testing, pouring, curing, transport, pickup, or future use of customer-provided vessels. Customers assume all risk associated with the continued use of previously owned or third-party vessels. Vessels brought in with leftover wax, soot, fragrance residue, labels, or debris will incur a $5 cleaning fee per vessel. Refill turnaround time is approximately 7 days, though timing may vary during promotional events or high-volume periods. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in wax appearance, scent throw, and finish may occur. Keepsake is not liable for damage resulting from improper candle care, misuse, or failure to follow standard candle safety practices. All refill sales are final.

At the center of our studio is our signature Candle Bar experience — an interactive make-your-own candle experience where guests can blend custom scents and pour their own all-natural candle. Perfect for date nights, girls’ days, birthdays, celebrations, or a unique weekend activity in Edwardsville, our Candle Bar offers a memorable hands-on experience you won’t find anywhere else in the Metro East.
In addition to our candle-making experience, our studio features a carefully curated collection of handcrafted candles made with natural ingredients, non-toxic fragrance oils, and clean-burning wax blends. You’ll also find wax melts, room sprays, candle accessories, and home fragrance products designed to bring warmth and comfort into your everyday spaces.
Beyond candles, our downtown Edwardsville studio also showcases vintage sourced goods, curated home décor, seasonal finds, and artisan-made items from local makers and small businesses.
